Using my UI System for this project

  • Very straightforward and easy to add.​

  • Not any challenges really as it was very separate from colliding with other's systems.

Using Joe's Particle System

++

  • No assistance needed at all. The documentation was good and we did not communicate at all.

  • Easy to add the system inside my project.

  • I found the features that I was looking for.

  • Needs more Lua error checking. Game crashes by throwing a Microsoft error.

  • I needed to add changes to my Graphics.cpp to adjust rendering.

Overall experience with Engine and gameobjects

  • Submitting game objects to the graphics system was not a good decision. Why ???

  • I would simplify the graphics.cpp next.

  • Got a good understanding with 3D rotation for fps camera.

  • Loading assets with Handle is way too important than I thought.
